大家认识茴香豆,也许是因为鲁迅的文章《孔乙己》,"温两碗酒,要一叠茴香豆。"孔乙己每次都得点茴香豆,茴香豆在当时是下酒的好菜。现在的茴香豆是一种普通的休闲小吃,秘制茴香豆味道真的不错,有时间了可以一试。

主料;
干蚕豆

辅料;
小茴香,桂皮,食用山萘,盐
做法;
1. 干蚕豆清水泡一夜,沥干水分;

2. 蚕豆入锅,加清水,没过蚕豆;

3. 大火煮开,再煮15分钟,加入小茴香,桂皮,食用山萘,盐;

4. 小火煮1个半小时至水烧干,盛出即可。

小贴士;
1.煮至豆皮边缘起皱、中间凹陷后加入盐和香料;
2.一定要用干蚕豆,且需充分泡发;
3.根据口味,也可选用黄酒泡发4小时。
